These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Alfa Club Wear’s website and services. By accessing or ordering from our site, you accept these Terms.

Scope

  • Alfa Club Wear supplies custom sports kits and merchandise only to soccer clubs in the UK.
  • Individuals or entities outside this scope must contact us directly.

Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • Any activity on your account is your responsibility.

Orders & Pricing

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or written approval.
  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors or update prices.

 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • Most items require MOQs for production efficiency.
  • MOQs will be communicated during the quotation stage.

Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment may be required before production.
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, card payments, or other agreed methods.
  • Late payments may incur interest or production delays.

Production & Delivery

  • Estimated production times will be communicated at order confirmation.
  • Delivery is subject to third-party shipping providers.
  • Alfa Club Wear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • Delivery addresses must be accurate; additional fees may apply for errors.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Custom-made kits are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements are at Alfa Club Wear’s discretion.
  • In case of minor defects, replacement parts may be sent instead of full refunds.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, content, and images are owned by Alfa Club Wear.
  • No material may be used without prior written consent.
  • Clubs provide Alfa Club Wear rights to reproduce logos and designs for production purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

  • Alfa Club Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the total order value.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by delayed delivery, technical issues, or third-party actions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

Privacy & GDPR Compliance

  • We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • By ordering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and club data as per our Privacy Policy.

 Amendments

  • Alfa Club Wear may update these Terms.
  • Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
